apaharan-a real life experience
'M' was on his way to attend a marriage ceremony from one to the other town of our state. On reaching an almost desolate area they(he and driver) were forcibly brought to a sudden halt. He was picked up and when the driver offered resistance he was shot!
A bolt from the blue. The new spread out like fire stunning the whole lot of the family members. Everybody shocked and petrified.
And then the drama began..........
Strikes and protest calls near the CM house. The regular visits of police and press waale kept bugging them,but to no avail.No news of him.
And then came the ransom call. A huge amount was demanded which left the family aghast!! These abductors had every bit of information of whats happening in their home.Who visited? Who left? Who was in the balcony? Who was roaming on the terrace? What did he say...etc,etc..EVERY BIT! The complete tapori(dirty) language,full of threats(to life of course),etc. and dirty abuses. Threats like-"Khatam kar denge pooray khandaan ko"!!
The tears in the family could'nt stop. Even his(victim's) daughter had her engagement the very month which had to be postponed.
When there were calls..only his daughter would receive them(they were xtremely arrogant and more threatening to males) she wud call"bhaiyya..mere papa ko chod do" just to be as polite and humble as possible. The response would be-"Le..le..sun..tere ko behan mili hai...bahin" and wierd laughs "dekh tere baap ko juice pila pila ke mota kar diya hai".
These people unhesitatingly accepted and said.."hum log ka isme thoda hi maal hai..baaki to upar jayega..n% CM ka m%..iska ...x% iska and all such open confession.
After ransom calls the place of subsission of the money was alloted, a particular person was asked to deliver that.It was very clearly evident that they had the plans of another abduction. Certainly somebody else was sent to the asked spot.Quite young man and the ransom money was bargained to less than half of the demand.
On reaching the alloted spot another vehicle arrived.He sat in silently when he felt the gunpoint. After the formalities the person came back.After a day or 2 he(victim) was released by the abductors much to the joy of the family.
He was...he appeared..well place yourself in such a situation and just think how and what expression you'd have!!No juice of course and the only relief was he wasn't tortured at all and was treated with respect!
And today when I visited them-they've no servants,no workers nobody else besides family members except for their driver(eyes of suspicion did stare him once though)who was discharged from the hospital.
This was my real life experience, two years back. The most dreadful ever. The victim 'M' was my 'mausa'(uncle) !! How dirty is politics and politicians!!! Don't know about others but certainly here in Bihar. With the new government in much is expected of it but then again nobody knows! I've simply lost my faith in politics and polticians.Our state has never progressed despite talented people here.Who is responsible for this??.Abductions is no less than a business here.The movie brought out the true face of this place but the dramatic end!
Life's certainly turned out to be a hell for them!! You never know at what point of life you have to face what. Evil does exists all over the world.
I simply wonder....Why did Pandora ever opened the box of troubles and let in such evils creep into the society here in this world threatening happy and peaceful and loving life of "aam insaan"(ordinary people)!!

Sis , till the last moment I was thinking that you are narrating the movie's storyline and I was thinking-"kitni badtameez hain , jinhone movie nahi dekhi unke maze pe paani ki baaltiyan daal rahee hain" , but it was a shock to know that it happened to your uncle.Hope things improve somehow.Though frankly , I do not see any way of that happening.Anyway , you take care paandu raam ( pandora ):P !

ok............so its a true story about ur uncle.
first i was thinking it to be the film story.but as my reading gone longer i was really shocked to find that it was a true story.
BUT THIS IS THE LIFE NEHA . WE HAVE TO LIVE IN THIS WORLD.DONT CARE HOW MUCH BAD IT IS. EVERYBODY HAS TO ACCEPT THIS TRUTH.
BUT U MUST ALSO BE SATISFIED IN SOMEWAY THAT U GOT A REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE .U ALSO MUST HAVE GONE MORE BOLD AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE.

abe tu mil main tere ko batati hu....yaha adhi se jyada janta tujhse kabhi mili to hai nahi ...isi liye logo ko tere bare mein ghor misconception hai.so a real life xperience .......bura hai ...but hey buddy kabhi khushi kabhi gham...it keeps on......par gadhi apne ko bolna tha na without ransom tere "mausa " apun ko log pat puje ke saath eeejat se drop kar ate....
